The Tandoor is a beehive shaped, top-opening clay oven fired with charcoal. In it, we roast various marinated meats, seafood and also bake breads. Tandoori foods are marinated in a mildly spiced, non-fat yogurt based mixture. They are low on calories and easily digested. Tandoori meats and seafood are ideally eaten with one of our Tandoori breads and black lentils.
